The division is specialized in online trading services for both self-trading private and institutional clients. Since its launch in 2012, Cornèrtrader has been expanding every year at a very fast speed, reaching in a very short period a leading position in the Swiss online trading space. Thanks to its service level and the advance technology, combined to the banking experience and solidity of Cornèr Bank, Cornèrtrader has succeeded in offering a premium service to its self-trading clients, who are looking to invest by them-selves, independently and dynamically, in international markets.

To support our growth and further develop our market share, we are looking to expand our Private Clients Team in Zurich with a new Relationship Manager, who will be responsible for acquisition and development of the clients’ portfolio in the private and HNWI segment.

The candidates we are looking for are young motivated professionals, who either have already few years of experience in the online trading world or are interested and willing to learn, to develop themselves in this type of market segment. The compensation package and seniority will be determined as well by the level of knowledge of the products offered by Cornèrtrader.

Relationship Manager for Digital Trading Platforms - Private Clients 100%

In the job you will be:

  • Responsible for the acquisition and development of a clients’ portfolio
  • Executing regulatory and compliance tasks (KYC, AML, EOI, ect..) and perform risk monitoring on the assigned portfolio
  • Main point of contact for your clients to ensure that their inquiries are executed efficiently and a high degree of customer satisfaction is met
  • Conducting educational seminars on products and platforms to clients and prospects
  • Proposing and participating to networking or other clients’ events in Switzerland
  • Support our Marketing department in building the online and offline acquisition campaigns, including the preparation of client’s communications or materials
  • Constantly looking into new partnerships and business opportunities

You are:

  • A Top performer professional, able to acquire, build and grow a solid client portfolio both via outbound calls and physical events
  • Knowledgeable or having a deep interest in financial markets and products
  • Disciplined, analytical and self-organized
  • Able to think and act like a business-owner, so to propose new ideas to improve your acquisition
  • Team player with a client focused attitude
  • Able to adapt in a fast changing environment and willing to constantly keep your knowledge up-to-date
  • Able to work well under pressure and available to work longer hours or in the weekends when required
  • Confident in doing presentation and public speaking
  • Willing to learn and take ownership

You have:

  • Language skills as a native German speaker and are fluent in English - French, Italian or Russian would be a plus
  • University studies in Finance or equivalent
  • Preferably experience in OTC products and online platforms
  • Understanding of the Swiss banking regulations for clients’ identification and onboarding
  • Experience in referral acquisition, in networking activities and in representing companies during events/seminars or client presentations
  • A can do attitude and can work under pressure
  • Swiss work permit
