Project Manager - Project Management Office Master Data Management

THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: YOUR TASKS

  • Drive the MDM planning and execution process
  • Support the building and follow up of an overall MDM business case. This involves the pursuit of use cases, where the date contribution is defined in terms of clear business outcomes
  • Provide reporting to S4G Transformation Management Office (TMO) and support Group Controlling as needed for financial reporting purposes
  • Support the monitoring of outsourced activities. Review external vendor invoicing to ensure proper billing
  • Build and maintain a list of interdependencies between MDM and other stakeholder and other S4G / ongoing dormakaba projects. Follow up to make sure that the interdependencies are properly handled
  • Keep an up-to-date view of the key business risks & their mitigation as related to Master Data Management within dormakaba
  • Monitor the proper balance between objectives and means/resources. Highlight in case of gaps and propose responses

  • 5 years experience in leading complex projects with focus on data in multinational corporations
  • University degree with emphasis on project management, data management, IT, supply chain, finance/accounting, or engineering
  • Strategic thinking, sustainable drive to set long-term targets and execute plans to reach targets
  • Resilience to overcome hurdles
  • Experience in complex business environment with multiple stakeholders - ability to develop influential and collaborative relationships at various organizational levels from technical specialists to business leaders
  • Proactive stakeholder management: ability to align with the business and be recognized as a value adding partner
  • Good in coordination and communication between business and IT
  • Strong communication capability to influence and manage functional and regional/custer teams
  • Track record in development and delivery of realistic concepts and solutions
  • Project management, leadership and implementation experience, also with virtual teams
  • Ability to effectively manage external vendors
  • Corageous to challenge the status quo and up-, side-, and downwards in the organization
  • Deep exposure to projects involving Master Data, SAP ERP deployments, data cleansing and Microsoft office suite (i.p. PowerPoint & Excel)
