For an international leading medical devices group we are exclusively mandated to search for an experienced Group Director Transformation and Integration 100% (m/f/d) to be part of a dedicated corporate finance team supporting the Finance Leadership Team on the Finance Transformation, M&A Integration and other specific Finance Project activities.
A strong team player who has impact on decision-making processes in a matrix-organization and will assist with the planning of Finance strategies, executing the Finance Transformation initiatives to deliver the company's short, mid and long-term financial objectives, and delivering the project within its foreseen cost and timeline goals.

Interim Group Director Finance Transformation - 6 month OR perm

Interim Group Director Transformation and Integration 100% (m/f/d) 6 month and/or permanent position

Essentially as Group Director Transformation and Integration 100% (m/f/d) you will design and build-up a small and dedicated Transformation Office Team with adequate project skills.

Key responsibilities:

* Along with VP Group Financial Controlling design a target operating model for Finance, including FTEs, systems, processes and structure
* Drive a continuous improvement mindset in Finance, however fit for Finance, and help setting up a permanent continuous improvement role within finance
* Support group-wide P&L enhancements as well as reporting enhancements together with the different Finance stakeholders and their internal business customers
* Track performance and progress against financial plans and provide financial transparency to management and business stakeholders
* Define and set of targets and KPI's, monitors development and initiates corrective actions where needed
* Collaborate with other Finance teams like Global Business Services, BU's Finance Business Partners, CoE's like M&A, Tax, Treasury, IR and Internal Audit
* Bring in critical relevant experience from comparable finance transformation programs from other industries/companies

Profile:
* University degree with focus on finance/controlling
* Over 15 years of experience in a finance function in an international, stock listed big company
* Experience of improving bottom line performance through operational efficiency, driving process definition, optimization and automatization
* Relevant experience in analytics, project management / change management and/or technical experience and comparable projects in terms of purpose, size, complexity.
* Set the right priorities in a diverse, multi-business, international and fast growing group to optimize value creation, be able to cope with change at a fast pace and working under pressure
* Excellent interpersonal and people management skills with strong influencing ability and the ability to gain the confidence of executive management at global level
* Strong communication skills and ability to further consensus in decisional process and challenging /multi-stakeholders initiatives
* Ability to inspire and motivate people for change and create a pull
* Experienced in leading teams in multinational companies, either in a direct reporting line or through relationship building, creating followership and developing talents
* Excellent conceptual and analytical skills; ability to seeing the whole picture and keen to deep-dive into the details if required and drive actions from facts and figures
* High business acumen, strong technical skills with a thorough understanding of data modeling
* Fluent in English, German and any other language is an advantage
* Experienced in handling ERP systems, SAP FI/CO, SAP BW, Cognos
