Finance Team Leader FR-EN 100% (m-w)

Tasks and responsibilities

Responsible for the day to day activities of a team of 4 people

This position reports and is under the responsibility of the Head of Finance

Accounting tasks:

  • Book keeping and closing of different companies
  • Preparation of the monthly P&L and yearly balance sheet for Group companies
  • Preparation of the monthly closing documents with reconciliation of all accounts (balance sheet and P&L, salaries, social charges, taxes and transitory accounts)
  • Preparation and booking of the quarterly VAT statements and preparation of the yearly VAT reconciliation
  • Cash management
  • Preparation of the tax declarations (tax return and specific withholding tax declarations)
  • Preparation of the audit documents
  • Key contact during the audit process
  • Actively participate in the implementation of the new ERP System Sage X3
  • Prepare the Swiss sub level consolidation in the consolidation software Amelkis

Management tasks:

  • Management and daily coaching of the finance team administrative and operational
  • Manage, review and supervision of the monthly and yearly closings for different companies of the group
  • Review and supervision of the Tax and VAT declarations
  • Follow up of the cash forecast
  • Ongoing exchange about development of the accounting with the Head of Finance
  • Swiss Federal Certificate in Finance & Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Experience in the field of telecommunications a plus
  • Experience in management
Qualifications & Skills


Excellent computer skills and solid knowledge of MS Office Tools especially Excel.

Knowledge of:

  • Opera from Amelkis (Consolidation software)
  • Kyriba (treasury software)
  • Sage X3 (accounting, purchase)

is appreciable


Fluency in both French & English languages (verbal & written), German is a plus
