We are looking for a fluent English and German speaking person to join our international team in Schwerzenbach, Canton of Zurich as

Main duties and responsibilities
Financial Accounting of Company:
- Handling the day-to-day business in the areas of accounts receivable and payables, recording payment runs, booking and reconciliation of bank accounts
- Intercompany bookings and reconciliations of group companies accounts and financial statements
- Control and post credit card and expense reports
- Active participation in monthly and quarterly reporting, account reconciliation and accrual postings
- Active participation in annual group consolidation and preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with Swiss GAAP OR and IFRS
- Preparation of Swiss VAT returns
- ICS controls as well as support in the introduction and improvement of automation processes
- Coordination of fiscal reporting activities and filings.
- Preparation of annual IFRS financial statements and statutory accounts in accordance with Swiss GAAP OR
- Coordination of the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors.
- Assist the CEO in preparing annual Company budget, financial forecast, cash flow and FX planning and management
Financial management of two wholly owned subsidiaries:
- Maintain accounting, IFRS reporting of the subsidiaries, preparation or assistance for ? of German VAT filings
- Coordinate with external advisors of wholly owned entities (auditors, tax and accounting advisors, etc.)
Human Resources:
- Supervise and coordinate monthly payroll, liaising with an external payroll provider
- Oversee health care coverage and benefit plans
- Support the CEO with Company HR matters
Your profile
- Basic commercial training with EFZ and three to five years of professional experience
- A qualification as a clerk in accounting or willingness to complete further training in this area is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office particularly with strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of accounting system, preferably ABACUS is an advantage
- Familiar with IFRS accounting practices experience
- Independent, precise and forward-looking way of thinking and working
- Good written and spoken English and German skills
- Problem-solving skills with solution-oriented mindset
- Discrete and confidential with all Company matters, possessing strong work ethic
