International, family owned and highly established bank with strong presence in South Asia and the Middle East is looking for a new investment team member in Zurich.
The Relationship Manager position involves building and preserving trusting relationships with customer and clients.
- Understanding customer needs and find ways to address them
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients
- Quick and efficient solving of customer complaints and issues
- Forwarding new sales and cross-sales opportunities to the sales team
- Promoting and maintaining a positive company image
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience of working in a bank and in customer relationship management (CRM) are a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Ability to lead a team and to work with others in a respectful and committed manner whilst taking responsibility
- Strategic thinker and ability to analyse and solve problems quickly
- Self-motivated, flexible and ability to manage several jobs at one time
- Degree or banking related certificate preferred
- Fluent in English and German, Urdu and/or Arabic are a plus
- Work experience in South Asia or Middle East is an advantage
