Business Analyst Customer Services
Duties and responsibilities:
Analysis of business information requirement requests within customer services department, design and delivery of reporting solutions
Production of manual reports, development of automated report solutions
Analysis of business information requests
Design of output reports and data solution for these
Close collaboration with data warehouse and IT teams to deliver data and reporting solutions
Manage change requests
Support ad-hoc queries
Highly motivated individual who enjoys working within a complex technical context
Two to three years of work experience as a Business Analyst including requirement engineering
Solid conceptual skills
Strong SQL skills
Data modeling experience is an asset
Experience in reporting from complex Data Warehouses
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English/German)
