We Offer

- A challenging role within the CRO Change Credit Risk team in Zurich as Lead Business Analyst to work on implementing
Credit Risk Methodology changes
- Maintain and expand the relationships with core Business, Change and IT and Business stakeholders at various levels
of the Credit Risk organization
- You will have a chance to be engaged in wide Data Harmonization Project, which will contribute to ex-IB and ex-PB
consolidated Reporting capability in the Bank, by gathering and documenting SME knowledge of Systems Infrastructure and
functionalities, cross impacts between projects, systems and business processes and delivering this information to
other project teams
- As a key partner you will ensure successful and timely delivery of projects and changes in scope of team's
responsibilities as well as identifying risks and issues
- Gather deep understanding of business processes and related issues. Develop multiple options for solutions and
convey the merits and issues of each to ensure clear understanding of impact across the organization
- Build sustainable and effective team: development strategy and careers progression, trainings, coaching, hiring. You
will also work on teams operating model governance and control gaps identification, process improvements,
communication strategy, improvements in clear and effective cooperation with CRM and other projects Change and IT teams
- Being part of the team you will assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected
results for integration, functional, performance and user acceptance testing
- You will use Business Analysis tools and techniques to capture and clearly articulate the as-is business processes,
identify problems and inefficiencies and define business requirements for operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with established guidelines for accurate and timely project delivery achievements
- Open to discussing flexible/ agile working

You Offer

- Bachelor degree in finance, business, economics or similar qualification
- Minimum 5-7 years work experience in Credit Risk within Investment Banking. If you have gathered some reporting
experience, this would be a plus
- You have acted in an SDLC environment as a bridge between Business Users and IT in a systems project and you bring
knowledge and hands-on experience in all aspects of the development life cycle particularly in functional testing
- You show demonstrated ability in understanding data flows, table structures and running SQLs
- As a person with a positive spirit, you combine a dedicated approach with good communication skills
- You show strong problem solving and skills and can convey the merits and issues of each to ensure deep understanding
of impact across the organization
- Fluent in English, German would be an advantage
