Planning and Performance Analyst 80-100%

Your Role

 

Conduct financial analysis and research to help the business achieve strategic and plan targets, and to provide performance reporting and insight to the Global Leadership team.

 

As a Planning and Performance Analyst your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Manage the delivery of robust, timely, regular and ad hoc business insights/information to key stakeholders relating to the financial performance of the Group;
  • Contribute to effective decision making with the aim of maximizing the performance of the business unit;

  • Manage monthly Plan/Risk Assessment process to help business achieve plan targets;

  • Manage the delivery of a robust and challenging financial plan for the Business Unit in order to deliver strategic plans;

  • Develop a good working knowledge of relevant segments, act as a subject matter expert for any queries relating to financial performance.

  • Provide assistance to the process of all Management reports for a country, region or function including all group deliverables.

Your Skills and Experience

 

As a Planning and Performance Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • CPA or equivalent Accounting or Finance qualification;

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience;

  • Excellent Finance / Accounting skills in P&C and / or Life;

  • Skills in building financial models and presentations;

  • Ability to look at big picture and think outside the box;

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Fluent in English.
