Finance & Controlling Talent Program
The Finance Talent Program is a multi-year program which seeks to recruit outstanding university graduates in business studies. During the program, you will be trained to become a potential leader in the field of Finance & Controlling while obtaining excellent insights in the network of a specialty chemical multinational. You will have the possibility to obtain a broad knowledge and experience by a committed rotation through units, regions and roles. Several colleagues who started in this program are now holding leadership roles within the Finance organization. The program is flexible towards the organization’s needs and candidate’s interests.
Taking immediate ownership of tasks within Finance with a focus on financial analysis and reporting
Assisting in financial analysis, fianancial reporting, investment evaluation, etc.
Actively taking part in finance projects
Assignments in other finance disciplines, e.g. Treasury, Audit, Accounting, Tax, Controlling
Interaction with the global Business Unit
Building a cross-functional and -regional network inside Clariant to further help you in attaining your career goals
Excellent Master’s degree from an established University, preferably in business administration with a focus on Finance / Controlling / Accounting
High degree of curiosity, ambition and flexibility is crucial. Openness to international assignments during or after the program
Outstanding analytical and conceptual competence
Teamplayer with good communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Ability to cut through complexity and exert influence based on thorough analysis
Affinity with Finance & Controlling topics (e.g. prior working experience)
