The Junior Trust Officer will assist in the administration of trusts, companies, and other wealth structures, ensuring a high standard of client service. Working under the guidance of senior team members, the role involves day-to-day administrative tasks, compliance support, and interaction with banks, intermediaries, and other stakeholders.

Junior Trust Officer

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the daily administration of trusts and companies, including document preparation and record-keeping.
  • Assist with trust distributions, payments and invoices processing
  • Prepare draft resolutions, meeting minutes, and responses to KYC requests.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients, including KYC, FATCA, and CRS documentation.
  • Assist in risk management and compliance by identifying and reporting potential issues.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
Skills & Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the trust industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Team player, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Fluent in Englishand French
  • Prior experience in compliance is an advantage.
