Accountant / Controlling / Administration 60%-70%

Scan Global Logistics, an international logistics provider with over 190 offices around the world, is looking for a 60%-70% Accountant/Controlling/Administration professional to join our dynamic team in Avenches. Responsibilities

• Daily accounting (payables, receivables, payments, reminders)
• Correspondance with worldwide branch offices, partner agents and customers
• Participate in closing and the preparation of various intercompany reports
• Manage daily e-mail traffice
• Purchase supplies and manage orders according to team needs
• Various other administrative tasks

Qualifications 

• Degree in accounting or related field
• Previous accounting experience
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
• Good level or oral and written French and English, a plus if you speak German
• Rigorous, organized and a good team player
• Experience in international business
