Accounting Manager
About the role
As Accounting Manager at Gnomon, you will oversee the financials of a number of companies globally. Additionally, you will be part of the financial operations of our software distribution network. You will serve as a point of contact for all finance-related matters for the companies under your supervision and will coordinate with local accountants in various countries.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring the accuracy and quality of financial statement reporting, as well as promptly reporting any irregularities to your supervisor. While based in Liechtenstein, you will collaborate with teams worldwide, and occasional travel may be required as the role evolves
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the financial statements of local and global companies
- Preparation of financial reporting
- Helping in aspects of the wider group consolidation
- Being a go-to resource for finance related questions for all companies overseen by the team
- Assist in the group wide budgeting process
- Cooperation and coordination with local accountants of other group companies and other stakeholders within Gnomon
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience as an accountant in an international environment
- Knowledge of IFRS for SME
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements
- Experience with accounting packages with D365 F&O being considered an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Open minded
- Forward thinking
- Fluency in English both written and verbal
