We are seeking for our Infinigate Holding AG a skilled and detail-oriented Consolidation & Reporting Specialist to become an integral part of our Group Reporting and Consolidation team at Infinigate. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the enhancement of financial consolidation, reporting, and system optimization within a dynamic international setting.

Your impact

As a Consolidation Specialst you will play a pivotal role in maximizing the potential of Tagetik, our consolidation engine, to streamline reporting and consolidation processes. Moreover, this position will take the lead in the remodeling and optimization of the Tagetik tool to further benefit the Group, working in close collaboration with regional finance teams.

What you’ll do

  • Financial Consolidation & Reporting: Utilize Tagetik to prepare and consolidate financial statements for multiple subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal reporting standards.
  • Group Reporting & Analysis: Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring timely and high-quality reporting to management and stakeholders.
  • Tagetik Administration & System Enhancement: Act as a Tagetik administrator, managing system configurations, supporting enhancements, and providing training to finance teams to maximize system efficiency. Lead efforts in remodeling and optimizing Tagetik to align with business needs.
  • Audit & Compliance: Assist in external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring data integrity within Tagetik and other reporting systems.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance reporting processes and automate workflows within Tagetik and other financial tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, IT, and business teams to ensure effective data flow and drive process improvements.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Background in financial consolidation, reporting, and analysis
  • Proficiency in Tagetik for financial consolidation and reporting is highly desirable
  • Experience with Tagetik administration, system maintenance, and process optimization is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial reporting tools
  • Nice to have: Prior experience in Big4 or similar environment
