Regulatory Compliance Officer

Provide independent Compliance oversight on governance and regulatory matters

Prepare management information, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership and the Board

Support governance forums and regulatory oversight committees (materials, tracking, follow-ups)

Monitor regulatory developments and support regulatory change implementation

Assist with regulatory projects, investigations, and supervisory enquiries

Maintain and update Compliance policies and procedures

Act as key contact for audits, surveys, and regulatory submissions

Support incident management and internal investigations

Deliver Compliance training to business teams

5+ years' experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Control Function, or financial authority (Swiss financial industry)

Strong knowledge of Swiss financial regulations and governance

Good understanding of financial products and Wealth Management

Analytical, detail-oriented, and well structured

Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Proactive, solution-oriented, and accountable mindset

Strong report writing and presentation skills

Fluent in English (German or French a plus)
