We are currently supporting a Swiss multinational private banking and financial services firm headquartered in Zurich in their search for a PMO Support / Business Analyst to join a project within Third Party Risk Management and Operational Resilience.

? Location: Zurich (Altstetten)

? Start: April 2026

? Duration: Until December 2026

? Workload: 80-100%

Key Responsibilities

* Write business specifications (user stories & functional specs)

* Support business-side testing and define use cases

* Create training materials for users and stakeholders

* Deliver trainings and presentations

* Provide Level 1 user support

Requirements

? 4-5+ years experience in PMO support, business analysis, or project coordination

? Experience in Third Party Risk Management, outsourcing, BCM, or operational resilience is a plus

? Experience with ServiceNow from a user/business perspective

? Strong communication and documentation skills
