Your Tasks

• Provide legal and strategic advice on compliance topics such as anti-corruption, sanctions, trade compliance, AML, data protection and competition law
• Support business units and corporate functions with pragmatic, risk-based compliance guidance for national and international activities
• Maintain and further develop the Group Compliance Management System, including policies, controls and reporting
• Manage compliance investigations and whistleblowing cases, including coordination of remediation measures with internal stakeholders
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and support cross-functional projects with compliance and regulatory requirements
• Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives to strengthen the compliance culture across the organization

With this you convince us

• Master's degree in Law or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in compliance, legal or regulatory roles, ideally in an international industrial environment
• Solid knowledge of key compliance areas such as anti-corruption, sanctions, data protection, trade compliance and competition law
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex legal topics to non-legal stakeholders
• Fluency in English and good command of German; additional languages are an advantage
• High integrity, discretion and a structured, solution-oriented working style with strong collaboration skills in international teams
