Your Tasks

• Ensure global Trade Compliance by adhering to export control regulations such as Swiss Goods Control Ordinance, EAR and ITAR to enable legally compliant and timely deliveries worldwide
• Maintenance and further development of SAP GTS including management of related Trade Compliance processes
• Obtaining, managing and monitoring export licenses and end-user certificates across the supply chain
• Classification of goods, software and technologies in accordance with applicable Export Control regulations
• Execution of sanctioned party screenings as well as embargo and sanctions checks
• Providing Trade Compliance guidance internally and supporting projects, training and process improvements in the organization

With this you convince us

• Completed commercial education with several years of professional experience in export, import, forwarding or Trade Compliance
• Experience in an international industrial environment
• Solid knowledge of European and international export control regulations such as Swiss Goods Control Ordinance and EU Dual Use regulations
• Knowledge of US Export Control regulations EAR or ITAR is an advantage
• Good user knowledge of MS Office, SAP ERP and SAP GTS
• Independent, analytical and results-oriented working style with strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
