Legal Counsel - Construction and Real-Estate

Key responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice for projects and activities within the Energy, Grids and Electromobility business areas
• Support various construction projects from contract award through to completion
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts of all types with key stakeholders, project partners, and municipalities
• Participate in the development of standard documents and deliver legal training to employees

Qualifications:

• Swiss Qualified Lawyer with the ability to practice law before the court
• Strong experience in contract law, ideally within the construction, energy, or mobility sectors
• Fluent in both German and English; proficiency in any additional languages would be a great advantage
• A proactive approach to solving complex legal challenges
• Team-oriented mindset within the ability to manage multiple priorities
