Internal Auditor

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Internal Auditor to join the small Internal Audit Team of LGT Capital Partners. As a team, we are embedded in the Group Internal Audit Department of LGT Group benefiting from a matured internal audit organization.

As an expert in your field, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and conducting internal audits within the LGT Capital Partners Group covering entities globally;

  • Review processes and internal control systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies;

  • Discussing of audit results with management;

  • Optimizing business processes and structures as well as providing project support;

  • Monitoring the targeted implementation of recommendations resulting from audit reports.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent specialized education;

  • CPA, CIA, CFA or CAIA degree of advantage;

  • At least 3 years of audit experience in the financial industry, ideally in the regulatory environment of an asset manager;

  • Good communication skills in German and English is expected;

  • Good analytical and conceptual skills, combined with the ability to work independently;

  • Aself-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills.
