We are looking for a motivated Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be practical and business-oriented, with a strong understanding of Swiss and international commercial legal frameworks. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters, both in a Swiss and global environment, while supporting strategic business initiatives.
Legal Counsel (m/f/d)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Provide legal advice on commercial, contractual and corporate matters across multiple jurisdictions
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
- Support the business in risk assessments and ensure legal compliance on an international level
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in an interdisciplinary setting, to develop practical solutions for business needs
- Liaise with external counsel as needed for specialized advice
- Design and implementation of internal legal training courses
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Degree in Swiss law with Several years of professional experience in the legal field, ideally in an international context
- Admission to the Swiss Bar (SBA certification) is mandatory
- Contractual knowledge of written and spoken German and English
- Ability to translate complex legal principles into practical, business-friendly solutions
- Integrity, accuracy and attention to detail
- Accountability, sound judgment and the ability to take ownership of an issue and provide concise and timely advice
- Capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as a team member
