Position:

Elevate your impact as an experienced operational risk and internal control banking specialist!

An exciting opportunity, as part of a busy, close-knit team, where you can shape and strengthen a dynamic risk framework. This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where your expertise is valued, and your insights help drive risk resilience at a strategic level.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

  • Assess and enhance the control structure, identifying key controls
  • Develop and implement a Test of Control (ToC) framework
  • Execute ToCs and ensure continuous improvement
  • Provide reports and strategic recommendations to senior management

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Finance or Economics
  • 5+ years' experience in Audit, Operational Risk, or Control functions
  • Strong expertise in Test of Controls
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A hands-on, dynamic, roll-up-sleeves sort of person used to working within a dynamic, busy environment of medium-size
  • Ability to work independently and drive impactful change
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus but not a must
  • Available to work full-time (no home office)
  • Eligible or already in possession of a Swiss passport or Swiss work permit and happy to be based in the Geneva region
