To support our Legal Department, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented:
Legal Intern – International Corporate Environment
As part of the Legal Department, you will support the team in a variety of legal matters across several domains, including:
- Commercial Law and contracts :
- Drafting, reviewing and analysing commercial contracts in English and French,
- Contributing to the development of internal contract templates and drafting guidelines,
- Providing legal support to operational teams.
- Corporate Governance :
- Contributing to drafting and monitoring powers of attorney (legal, banking, contractual),
- Contributing to the implementation of the internal governance tools and documentation Providing legal support to operational teams,
- Participating in the redesign of the folder structure and naming conventions of legal files.
- Intellectual Property :
- Assisting in the administrative and legal follow-up of the trademark and patent portfolio,
- Supporting the drafting of IP-provisions (licenses, assignments, NDAs).
- Compliance & Data Protection :
- Participating in compliance-related projects (anti-corruption, GDPR)
- Assisting with internal policies and legal documentation updates
- Contributing to the creation of a group-wide compliance framework.
- Swiss Labor Law (basic knowledge) :
- Conducting research on Swiss employment law,
- Contributing in providing support to the HR department on legal matters.
Your profile
Master’s degree (completed) in Business Law, International Law, or Intellectual Property
Solid knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and intellectual property law; basic understanding of Swiss labor law
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken – C1 level or higher)
Previous experience in an international or corporate environment is an asset
Genuine interest in the medical and hospitality industries is a plus
