Description

• In this position you are a key player for the Finance Team and report directly to the segment Finance VP
• You are responsible for various topics in financial controllig and planning
• You consolidate month-end closings and create detailed forecasts and budgets
• Ensure accuracy in all reported data from the various companies, from a timing and quality pespective
• Perform balance sheet reviews
• Working closely to support the integration and merger of newly acquired companies into the group
• Plan and execute mergers
• Coordinate various compliance activities (export control, anti-bribery and antitrust)
• Follow-up and support improvements based on inernal audit report

Profile

• Bachelor or Master in Finance/Accounting or a comparable education
• Extensive experience in an international auditing firm or in a similar role at a large international company
• Very good knowledge of group closing processes and in-depth understanding of entity to consolidated reporting
• Good IFRS understanding
• Fluent in English
• HFM experience is an advantage
