SAP SuccessFactors & Employee Central Payroll Consultant (f/m/d)

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Continuous optimization of HR and payroll processes
  • Close collaboration with HR business stakeholders and support of HR Operations & Payroll (including Hypercare and post-go-live stabilization)
  • Analysis and implementation of change requests and new requirements
  • Training of end-users and key users
  • Definition, development, and monitoring of HR interfaces (e.g., TimeTool, DWH, Valora PK, Safely) including troubleshooting
  • Coordination with internal IT teams and external partners
  • Creation and updating of HR and payroll-related reports
  • Ensuring SOX-compliant HR IT processes and supporting audit documentation

Key skills / requirements

  • Solid, practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management, and ECP
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Additional certifications in HR Analytics, Data Visualization, or Project Management (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PMP, Power BI) are a plus
  • Strong understanding of HR IT architectures, interfaces, and end-to-end HR processes
  • Experience in Hypercare and post-go-live environments
  • Strong analytical, communicative, and operational skills
