Key tasks and responsibilities

Continuous optimization of HR and payroll processes
Close collaboration with HR business stakeholders and support of HR Operations & Payroll (including Hypercare and post-go-live stabilization)
Analysis and implementation of change requests and new requirements
Training of end-users and key users
Definition, development, and monitoring of HR interfaces (e.g., TimeTool, DWH, Valora PK, Safely) including troubleshooting
Coordination with internal IT teams and external partners
Creation and updating of HR and payroll-related reports
Ensuring SOX-compliant HR IT processes and supporting audit documentation

Key skills / requirements

Solid, practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management, and ECP
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
Additional certifications in HR Analytics, Data Visualization, or Project Management (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PMP, Power BI) are a plus
Strong understanding of HR IT architectures, interfaces, and end-to-end HR processes
Experience in Hypercare and post-go-live environments
Strong analytical, communicative, and operational skills
