About the Role

In this role, you will support the implementation of our sustainability strategy by collaborating with various teams to gather and analyze ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) data, track progress on sustainability goals, and contribute to operational improvements. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, engaging with stakeholders, and driving meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist in collecting and analyzing ESG data for compliance, reporting, and decision-making. 
• Monitor internal sustainability performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress. 
• Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives, including product and process improvements. 
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster engagement and compliance with ESG standards. 
• Help manage reporting aligned with frameworks such as the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive.

What We’re Looking For 

• Proven experience in sustainability, ESG, or related fields. 
• Strong skills in data analytics and project support. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. 
• Proficiency in Excel (Power BI knowledge is a plus). 
• Passionate about sustainability with an eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
