Your role

As Relationship Manager Assistant at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are an integral support partner to our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in managing the overall day-to-day business operations and provide seamless, client-centric experiences through efficient administrative, operational, and compliance-related tasks.

Your responsibilities
  • Partner with CRMs to manage overall day-to-day business
  • Responding to customer enquiries by email or telephone
  • Perform account openings, closings and other documentations
  • Prepare client meetings and occasionally events
  • Monitor client portfolios, handle client orders in the absence of CRMs, handle asset maturities and corporate actions
  • Deal with internal and external policies and compliance regulations including FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.
Your profile
  • University degree in Finance or completed apprenticeship or similar banking education
  • First relevant experience in Private Banking
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage 
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to weight problems, set priorities and work under pressure 
  • Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability
  • Fluency in French and English
