Our client is an independent Swiss financial services firm with a legacy spanning over seven generations, this boutique specializes in wealth management, asset management, and private markets. With offices in Zurich and Geneva, it is regulated by FINMA as a securities firm and serves clients across EMEA and Latin America through a global partner network. They are now looking to strengthen the private wealth division with an experienced and successful personality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a private client portfolio consisting of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals from CIS Countries
• Actively develop new client relationships in the region, including regular travel for business development and client meetings
• Deliver tailored financial advice, investment strategies, and bespoke solutions to meet a wide range of client needs
• Collaborate with internal specialists across investment management, wealth planning, and advisory services to provide holistic solutions
• Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards applicable in both Switzerland and the clients' jurisdictions

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of successful experience as a Relationship Manager or Private Banker serving clients from CIS Countries
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention within the target region
• Proven ability to generate revenue and attract new assets under management (AuM).
• Strong understanding of the financial, legal, and regulatory landscape in CIS countries
• In-depth knowledge of investment products, private banking services, global compliance considerations, and financial markets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
