Senior Financial Controller (m/w/d)

?As a Senior Financial Controller (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the financial management of our company, focusing on cost transparency and performance in production and logistics. Your main responsibilities include: 

• ?Ownership and development of the standard cost model and product costing
• Execution of COGS analyses and identification of cost drivers
• Variance analyses related to materials, production efficiency, and overheads
• ?Responsibility for production controlling:
  • Monitoring production KPIs (e.g., OEE, scrap rates, lead times)
  • ?Analyzing manufacturing orders, machine utilization, and resource consumption
  • Identifying cost optimization opportunities in production processes
• ?Managing and improving cost center accounting with a focus on production and logistics
• ?Close collaboration with warehouse management to assess inventory levels and optimize stock valuation
• ?Contribution to monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, particularly in the area of manufacturing costs
• ?Supporting budget planning, forecasting, and variance tracking
• ?Optimization and further development of controlling tools and processes in the ERP environment (Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or SAP preferred 
  ? 

?Your profile: 

• ?4 - 6 years of experience
• ?Understanding of ERP systems such as AXAPTA or SAP is a plus
• ?Fluent in English and German
• ?Autonomous, a team player, and proactive in finding solutions 
  ?
