To strengthen our dynamic team at our Crissier and Solothurn location, we are looking for a motivated versatile Finance and HR assistant to join us immediately or by agreement and help shape the future of energy supply.  

HR and Finance Assistant

Your mission with us:

Assisting and working closely with the Heads of Finance and Human Resources.

Finance:

  • Sales administration: support Project Managers in sending invoices to customers, cash-in monitoring, sending reminders

  • Account payables: upload invoices to the financial tool (Business Central), suppliers relationship management

  • Other finance tasks depending on the candidate's skills and preferences

  • Process, reporting, and KPI: support head of finance in the implementation

HR:

  • Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases

  • General support to the HR team by developing, revising and improving HR processes, recruitment, employees on-boarding and life cycle (absences, holidays, sick leaves)

  • Supporting recruitment processes (posting job ads, tracking applications, coordinating interviews)

  • Handling various administrative tasks

What you bring to the table:

  • Commercial apprenticeship (Swiss federal diploma) or equivalent

  • Perfect command of spoken and written German and French, good knowledge of English

  • Willing to travel between the company’s two sites

  • At least 3 years' proven experience in a similar position

  • Proficiency in IT tools : MS Office, Business Central (Finance and RH: Swiss Salaries)

  • Excellent organizational skills, rigor and ability to manage priorities

  • You're ready to take on responsibility and work independently

  • You are known for your excellent interpersonal skills and have excellent team-working abilities

  • Respect for confidentiality and professional secrecy

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations
