Business Analyst/Project Manager Regulatory

Responsibilities

  • Business analyst and Project Manager of risk and regulatory Change the Bank (CtB) projects focussing on advisory / suitability processes and Markets regulations (e.g. trade reporting)
  • Drive and support the E2E implementation
  • Business analysis and requirements specification
  • Solutioning
  • Stakeholder liaison
  • Guide and manage testing and rollout

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in the international banking industry
  • Experience in regulatory implementations (including reporting obligations) required by FIDLEG, MiFID, MiFIR, Finfrag, EMIR, SEC, FCA, etc.
  • Good grasp of products and trading systems/processes
  • IT flair and understanding of the SDLC and agile delivery model
  • Strong command over MS Office and project management tools such as Confluence, Jira, etc.
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have:

  • Experience in international private banking

  • Able to work independendly in a global team setup
  • Take ownership of initiatives, with a highly motivated and positive attitude
  • Fast learner and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Multi-tasking capabilities, good communication/coordination skills to deal with different levels of stakeholders
