Landmark Management Switzerland SA is a company based in Geneva providing administrative and financial services to its international clients.
We are looking to recruit a (Junior) Trust Accountant to join our team.
(Junior) Trust Accountant (80-100%)
Your responsibilities:
At this position, part of a small team and under supervision of the Accounts Manager, you are responsible for:
- Day to day bookkeeping of Trusts, offshore and Swiss companies
- Ensure that all inter-company transactions with related parties are properly booked, reconciled and reported
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices, expenses, and other accounting documents and records
- Bank reconciliations
- Liaising with Trust Officers
- Reviewing ledgers on a regular basis
- Control and production of final accounts
- Assist in ad-hoc projects within the company
Your profile:
You are a discrete, precise and meticulous person. You have attention to details, eye for numbers and good critical thinking. You are a multi-tasking and responsible person who possesses excellent communication skills. You are analytical as well as results oriented.
Requirements:
- Swiss or holder of a valid working permit
- Experience with NavOne is a plus
- Fluency in English, any additional languages are a plus
- Well organized and careful with details
- Pro-active approach to problem-solving
- Easy in contact, discipline, and organization
