Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated Payment Analyst to complement our dedicated team of over thirty fund administration specialists, focusing on providing a quality service to our growing client base. You will have the chance to profit from an individual onboarding, enabling you to broaden our expertise and grow as a professional. In your role, you will be part of an international team setup allowing you to work with our colleagues across the globe. As a Payment Specialist in our team, you will assume the responsibility for the following tasks:
Process investment capital calls and distributions, wire payment confirmations;
Maintain Treasury System with internal and external data;
Interaction with external parties such as general partners and banks;
Support the inbound data processing team;
Process incoming documents related to investments (i.e. filing, uploading);
Assist with data clean up in systems, file documents;
Management of centralized email inboxes;
Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
Commercial apprenticeship or a higher degree in business administration, accounting or finance;
At least two years of relevant experience within the financial services industry, preferably in funds and/or treasury;
Experience in payment processing, treasury and call-backs is a plus;
Working proficiency in English (written and oral), German language skills would be an asset;
Committed individual with a precise and accurate working style, who is eager to learn;
Team player with strong social skills, who enjoys working in a dynamic working environment.
