Your Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and finance activities for our Swiss operations
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, payments, bank reconciliation and expense control
- Support monthly and year-end financial closing
- Prepare financial reports and supporting documents for management
- Coordinate with our external Swiss accounting and tax advisors on VAT, corporate tax, annual financial statements and other statutory requirements
- Prepare and provide accounting documents and data required for external reporting and audits
- Support budgeting, cash-flow monitoring and cost analysis
- Ensure financial documents and records are complete and properly maintained
- Support the improvement of internal finance processes and controls
- Work with Group Finance on financial reporting and reconciliation
- Use and maintain financial data in SAP and other internal systems
- Support other finance-related tasks as the Swiss business continues to grow
Your Profile
- Native Chinese speaker
- Fluent in German and English
- Already holds a valid Swiss work permit / right to work in Switzerland; no visa or permit sponsorship required
- Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
- Good understanding of accounting principles; Swiss accounting, VAT and tax experience is preferred
- Previous finance/accounting experience in Switzerland is a strong advantage, but candidates with solid accounting fundamentals and willingness to learn are also welcome
- Experience with SAP is preferred
- Good Excel skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible and well organized
- Able to work independently while cooperating effectively with external accountants, tax advisors and internal teams
- Automotive or retail industry experience is an advantage
