Your responsibilities
Lead and manage audit engagements for a varied client portfolio, ensuring top-quality service and compliance with Swiss and international standards (OR, Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS).
Act as a trusted advisor to your clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
Supervise and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
Contribute to the ongoing development of your business unit through active involvement in internal projects and client acquisition.
Maintain and expand client relationships through excellent service delivery and proactive communication.
Your profile
Certified Public Accountant (Swiss dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer) or licensed audit expert.
Several years of proven experience auditing or advising pension funds / employee benefit institutions in Switzerland.
Native or fluent German (required, as you will cover the Swiss German region).
Strong technical knowledge of Swiss accounting and audit standards (OR, Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS).
Independent, structured, and detail-oriented work style with a high level of professionalism.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, client-focused mindset.
Available to start in January 2026.
