Overview of Role
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to represent long-only equity funds and who will develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal Client Advisers, as well as external prospects Family Offices, IAMs (Independent Asset Managers) etc.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and prospects
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Management team to understand and communicate investment strategies to clients
- Present pitches to potential investors, and provide reporting to existing investors
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing management feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and portfolio management
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships
- Team player, ethical attitude
- Commitment to excellence, business drive, ’can do’ attitude, flexibility, high quality standards
- Capable of working under pressure and efficiently prioritizing tasks
- Fluent in German and English, French is considered a strong plus
