Job Description
The Private Markets Program Management team acts in between the various private markets investment management teams (private debt, private equity, infrastructure, real estate) and relationship managers. The team is responsible for the product strategy, development, and management of numerous commingled and custom private markets' investment vehicles, which include primary, secondary and minority equity investments.
The team plays a key role in the management of the fund lifecycle and is responsible for the preparation of marketing documents, responding to client requests and DDQs, preparation of white papers, and data or portfolio modeling. The team also supports new product development and helps identify and execute on strategic initiatives across LGT CP.
This student position is designed to be a full-time role during the semester break and will offer flexibility during studies with approx. 2 working days a week. This is a great opportunity for students who are able to commit to this role for a minimum of 18 months during their studies. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on student to start as soon as possible.
Your main tasks as Student Support within the Private Markets Program Management team include:
Preparation of marketing materials, especially various private equity and private debt presentations and due diligence questionnaires;
Lead the creation of customized client presentations and bespoke client analysis;
Prepare private markets-focused analyses of various data sets incl. track records, cash-flow models, and market data;
Supporting the team in preparing responses to ad-hoc requests from clients, prospect clients and relationships managers;
Support key strategic and team initiatives across LGT CP private markets.

Requirements
Currently studying Finance, Business Administration or similar at Bachelor level or at beginning of Master studies;
First internship experience within the financial industry or consulting;
Strong command of English, additional language skills especially German considered as beneficial;
Excellent MS office skills, in particular PowerPoint and Excel;
Efficient and precise working style with high focus on details;
Service-oriented team player and an international mindset.
