Responsibilities
As an Operations Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and optimizing daily operational processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Supporting the implementation of new systems, tools, and workflows to enhance operational performance.
- Monitoring and analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with portfolio managers and IT team to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Providing support for ad hoc operational tasks
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Some experience in an operations role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with operational tools and software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
