With us, you advise and support national and international private and corporate clients in the areas of international health and accident insurance, life insurance and pension solutions. At the same time, you will work independently on expanding and managing your own client portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships with your portfolio of clients (FR)
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the needs and requirements of key clients
- Expand relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure that the right products and services are delivered to clients on time
- Act as a link of communication between key clients and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and handle complaints to maintain trust
Requirements:
- Commercial qualification (federal certificate of competence or equivalent)
- Business fluent in French, good knowledge of English (other languages an advantage)
- Enjoy direct customer contact - support for existing customers
- Sales flair
- Customer-orientated and a team player with strong social skills
- Interested in responsibility in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Independent working style and solution-orientated approach
