To support the Group Reward Manager in the implementation of the global reward strategy and projects we are looking for a
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Supporting as project member the implementation of a new global job architecture (Job House), including global grading, and setting up a new benchmark policy as well as the digitalisation in SuccessFactors
- Taking on the responsibility for the job evaluation process incl. compensation benchmarking after the implementation of the Job House and participating in market surveys
- Further developing the HR Reporting with additional HR KPIs in the BI tool (Qlik Sense) and conducting ad-hoc reports
- Supporting the realisation of global reward processes such as salary increase, short-term incentive / bonus management, benefit plans as well as in the planned digitalization of such processes in SuccessFactors
- Keeping the Group compensation processes and guidelines up-to-date and in line with local laws and legislations
- Regular evaluation of reward trends and providing proposals for optimization
- Supporting the Group Reward Manager in the preparation of executive compensation topics for the Nomination and Compensation Committee
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (business administration, finance, HR or similar) or certified HR specialist with ideally 2-3 years of relevant work experience in compensation & benefits / reward ideally in a company with international reach
- Strong analytical skills and well-organised, structured working style
- Proven knowledge of MS Office, mainly Excel and PowerPoint and ideally knowledge of working with SuccessFactors (Employee Central and Compensation module) and a BI tool
- Passion for working with data, data analytics and reports
- Good communication skills and ability to present complex topics in an easy, understandable manner
- Strong learning attitude with an intrinsic motivation to explore new trends
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken), other languages are an advantage
