Back-Office Administrator Senior

Your responsibilities

? On-boarding of new clients and migration of clients’ portfolios onto our back end system
? Thorough Reconciliation of clients’ portfolios
? Drawing up of Procedures and updating the existing processes
? Liaising with clients via email or phone and being their primary point of contact for all their
relevant issues
? Liaising with our correspondent back office team in Zurich, with several internal departments
as well as with our partners
? Managing relationship with third parties – custodian banks, brokers, transfer agents
? Carrying out reconciliation analysis and troubleshooting, when necessary, to resolve any
issues on the clients’ accounts
 
Your profile & required qualifications
 
? Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position for a Private Bank or an External Asset
Manager
? Broad knowledge of the Wealth Management & Asset Management activities
? Proven knowledge of one or more financial product area within Operations and its process
? Being responsible and proactive in performing daily tasks as well as in tackling new issues
? Ability to perform technical responsibilities of the job with a high level of competence
? Being professional, serious and having a positive work ethic
? Ability to multi-tasking and working by deadlines
? Being analytical and paying attention to details
? Being a Team player
? Experience in leading a small team a +
? Fluent in French & English required, German or Italian a +
