Your responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements for a varied client portfolio, ensuring top-quality service and compliance with Swiss and international standards (OR, Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS). 
- Act as a trusted advisor to your clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations. 
- Supervise and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth. 
- Contribute to the ongoing development of your business unit through active involvement in internal projects and client acquisition. 
- Maintain and expand client relationships through excellent service delivery and proactive communication. 
Your profile
- Certified Public Accountant (Swiss dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer) or licensed audit expert. 
- Several years of proven experience auditing or advising pension funds / employee benefit institutions in Switzerland. 
- Native or fluent German (required, as you will cover the Swiss German region). 
- Strong technical knowledge of Swiss accounting and audit standards (OR, Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS). 
- Independent, structured, and detail-oriented work style with a high level of professionalism. 
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, client-focused mindset. 
- Available to start in January 2026.
