Business Intelligence Analyst
Your mission
As a BI Analyst in the Business Excellence team, your mission is to develop and maintain our global reporting ecosystem, ensuring all departments have access to accurate, real-time KPI dashboards. By bridging Data Governance and strategic stakeholders, you transform complex data into clear insights that help identify cost drivers, optimize processes, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Your responsibilities
Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from the ERP and other systems to generate actionable insights.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports to support operational and financial decision-making.
Your profile
You are analytical, structured, and detail-oriented, with a hands-on mindset and a proactive approach. You enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and collaborating closely with operational teams in a dynamic environment.
You have
A university degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business Administration. Additional certifications in Controlling, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence are a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in cost management, controlling, or BI analytics, preferably in an industrial or technology-driven manufacturing environment.
