We are looking for a FP&A Global Operations Analyst to join our Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH) team. As the FP&A Global Operations Analyst, you will oversee and report on the financial results within ANHnewco Operations. This position requires a seasoned finance professional who can provide financial expertise, and insights to drive efficiency and profitability. This includes, but is not limited to Fixed Out of Pocket expenses (FOOP), Period costs (site performance) and reporting.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead the consolidation and analysis of the monthly and quarterly operations reporting after the financial closing, translating operational performance into clear business narratives for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decision-making based on the monthly and quarterly financial results
- Provide end to end insights into site performance, and fixed cost developments
- Management reporting: engage stakeholders and develop analytics/solutions to enable improved insights into operations reporting

You bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (Power BI or SAP experience is a plus)
- Ability to work in a multinational environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
