Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated student support to join our dynamic Investor Onboarding team. As a student support, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of our investor data and supporting the seamless integration of new investors into our systems. You will work at the intersection of investor service, tax compliance, and process optimization.
This student position is designed to be a full-time role during the semester breaks and offers flexibility during studies with approximately 2-3 working days per week. This is a great opportunity for students who are able to commit to this role for a minimum of 18 months, ideally for several years during their studies.
In this role, you will be empowered to take ownership of the following areas:
Data Integrity & Maintenance: validate and update investor data within our internal referential systems to ensure 100% accuracy and consistency;
Ad-Hoc Support: execute various administrative and operational requests as they arise to support the broader onboarding team;
Process Innovation: Contribute to ongoing projects aimed at enhancing our internal processes and developing more robust system functionalities;
Regulatory Compliance: review and partner with our internal Tax Teams to navigate FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standard) requirements, ensuring all documentation is compliant;
Stakeholder Coordination: act as a bridge between departments to resolve internal and external queries efficiently.
Requirements
A bachelor's or master's degree program is currently being pursued (or similar);
You are interested in institutional clients and keen to understand the behind-the-scenes mechanics of investor onboarding;
You are fluent in English and German (written and spoken);
You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills;
You maintain a high level of trust, discretion, and professionalism;
You have a keen eye for detail-oriented administrative tasks;
You demonstrate efficiency, accuracy, organization, and flexibility;
You have a strong ability to take ownership and responsibility for various tasks;
You are proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with database management is a bonus.
