- Analisi professionale delle richieste di credito e sviluppo di soluzioni personalizzate per i clienti
- Consulenza proattiva e vendita di prodotti assicurativi complementari
- Accompagnamento dei clienti nel loro customer journey, dall'acquisizione alla fidelizzazione
- Collaborazione con team interdisciplinari per ottimizzare i processi di consulenza
What we're looking for:
- Formazione commerciale o bancaria
- Padronanza dell'italiano e del tedesco, altre lingue nazionali sono un plus
- Attitudine digitale e familiarità con strumenti e piattaforme innovative
- Mentalità analitica con forte orientamento agli obiettivi
- Spiccate doti comunicative e orientamento alla consulenza
