Swissfillon – We are an agile fill & finish contract manufacturing organization (CMO) for complex pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products located in Visp, in the heart of the Swiss Alps.
With our robot driven, fully automated filling line, we provide highest quality and security drug product manufacturing services to our clients from clinical phase material to commercial supply.
With our extensive in-house knowledge, we at Swissfillon are supporting our clients to find and deliver fit-for- purpose solutions. Main focus is on small-medium batch-size manufacturing, compounding, syringe and cartridges bubble-free filling.

Customer Project Manager (Aseptic fill & finish Projects)
How you support us
- Responsible for the execution of customer projects.
- Heading and aligning multi - disciplinary project teams.
- Definition and scheduling of project scope, milestones, activities and tasks.
- Measure project performance and provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders.
- Project risk management and development of mitigations strategies.
- Act as single point of contact and ensure the project is delivered in line with the agreed objectives to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuous development and improvement of processes and active contribution of ideas.
Requirements for this role
- Several years of experience as project manager, ideally in the field of fill & finish.
- Degree in biotechnology, pharmaceutical engineering or comparable.
- Structured working methods and hands-on mindset.
- Very good communications and mediation skills
- business fluent German and English skills.
- Flexibility and resilience.
- Motivation of constantly developing yourself and working in a very dynamic environment.
