Following the important investments that will take place in Switzerland for Nespresso, the CAPEX Investment Project Controller role has been created. As Investment Project Controller, you will ensure that factory master plan project is delivered on time and within budget by establishing an efficient and effective project controlling. You will support timely decision making by providing adequate tracking of financial progress both at project team and leadership level and through the setting-up of an effective planning and forecasting process.
A day in the life of a CAPEX Investment Project Controller
Provide active risk management by highlighting potential budget deviation and facilitate gap closing sessions to define the action plans
Establish a robust governance process to guarantee that guidelines and instructions are adhered to and that internal control is ensured
Define effective project controlling and planning processes including budget management, actuals spend tracking and dynamic forecasting
Perform monthly monitoring of project financials including gap analysis and risks & opportunities assessment
Support Project Management and HQ functions in the definition of actions plans to ensure gaps are addressed in a timely manner
Perform quarterly update of Masterplan business case, integrating updated business evolution and latest investment forecast
Ensure effective and compliant end-to-end CAPEX management
What will make you successful
University Degree in Finance, Accounting or any relevant field
Requires at least 5 years of progressively more responsible general accounting and finance experience preferably with a project implementation experience
Manufacturing/factory controlling experience will be a clear asset
Good verbal and written communications skills, in addition to effective interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data
